The owners of Arkley Nursery Landscape are Rod Ailes and Ros Keep. Rod has a diploma and degree in Horticulture and Ros a National Certificate and training at at Kew Gardens. Daniel Burns, their Assistant Manager, also has a horticulture diploma.

Having previously run their business in London, Rod and Ros moved to Cambridgeshire in 1985 to acquire land for the nursery. This is an important resource for the business, producing plants for the landscape service, and providing other support such as over-wintering of delicate plants.

All staff are qualified in horticulture with practical experience. The business has a Health and Safety policy and is a member of the Cambridge Agricultural/Horticultural training group which keeps us up-to-date with current standards. We are also a member of the Institute of Horticulture.

For specialist services such as tree surgery and hard landscaping we call on qualified reliable businesses, who can liase with the client either directly, or through ourselves.
